Dance Fitness Class Description

脂瘦身舞系列:課堂主要以簡單易跟的舞步,配合不同類型的主題,在做運動的同時,又可以學習不同的舞步,好玩易跟,能在一小時的課堂內燃燒超過四百卡路里,一次過滿足你多個要求!

 

Disco Rhythm Workout: Disco 啲氣氛,配合最潮的 Disco Music,簡單的舞步加帶氧運動的元素,學習身體與步伐的協調,尤其最適合初學者!


Girl's Reggae Workout: "雷鬼廋身舞"為近年非常受愛戴的 Funky Dance。這種輕鬆活潑的節奏,令你立即充滿動力而跳過不停!


Latino Rhythm Workout: 打破以往一般的街舞 Music 風格,利用拉丁音樂混合 Disco Music 的節奏,利用帶氧運動的元素配合新潮的拉丁、森巴、莎莎等舞步,好玩易跟,仿如在 Party 一樣!


Belly Dance Workout: 利用 肚皮舞的動作配合帶氧運動的元素,主要針對腰部及臀部的扭動,柔軟的手臂動作,除了改善身軀的柔軟度外,絕對是纖腰之選!


Street Dance Workout: 時下年青人最受歡迎的街舞,如 Hip Hop, Street Jazz, Jazz Funk 等,你可以在做運動的同時,學習至潮至In的街舞技巧!


Kickboxing Workout: 功夫健體舞- 強勁的節奏配合拳脚的運用,主要針對手臂,腰部及腹部的訓練,在堂一小時的訓練內,能燃燒超過五百卡路里,是極速消脂訓練之選!

 

Galz' Hip Hop / Street Jazz / Funky 

Funky moves, isolations, motivational "MTV Styles" ! Our instructors will show you the various routines of Girl's Hip Hop, Street Jazz....! This classes are provides a fun and challenging workout for the beginning to advanced levels.

 

Sexy Dance

This is a basic sensual fitness class. You will learn the different sexy dance moves and steps, especially the body waves. Suitable for all levels!

 

 

 

Please Note:

Class must be book in advanced at least three hours prior to class. Afternoon class must be book in advanced at least one day.

If cancel booking, please inform Groove Dance Fitness at least three hours prior to class.  Otherwise, one coupon will be deducted.

Please look to the schedule for time and any special courses being run.

Please try to avoid entering classed late or leaving before the end of class.

Clean and Proper training shoes must be worn for all classes except yoga and stretch class.
