Attention Please:
The following dance fitness classes, please wear suitable sport shoes like running or cross training shoes.
The "Converse shoes" is Not allow to enter the studio. Thanks !

Member Rules For Booking / Cancel Class :
* Class must be book in advanced at least 4 hours prior to class
* If cancel booking, please inform Groove Dance Fitness at least 4 hours prior to class.
Otherwise, one coupon will be deducted and without inform you again.
* For afternoon class, must be book/ cancel in advanced at least one day.
Please book the class or cancel class during our working hour :  Mon - Fri   2:30 - 9:00pm
                                                                                                               Saturday    1:00 - 5:00pm
                                                                                                             

Important information for Aerial Yoga Class:
1. Please arrive classroom at least 10mins to adjust hammock. Late comers will not be allowed to get into the classroom when the class start. 2. No Gel Nail with bling bling or any decortation on the nail that might cut into the frabic.
3. No Jewellarys, eg. Rings Neckless, Bracelets, and bling bling stuffs on your body.
4. Please wear tight T-shirt with sleeves and tight yoga pants.

STUDENTS PLEASE NOTE:
1. Courses CANNOT be refunded for ANY reasons. (Eg. Injury, operation , pregnancy, or work related….etc)
2. Courses CANNOT be extended or transfer for ANY reasons. Courses must be finished within validity date.
3. Please No Mobile phone in the classroom.
